Extremely heavy and a very long fixture. Not brushed nickel or satin. It is very shiny. Plus they charge you to ship it back. Did I say it was very heavy & very shiny?

Great customer service. First chandelier was delivered in damaged condition. However replacement was sent to me right away with apologies.Second one is beautiful.
