Lampe de table MOVRA

This is an absolutely stunning lamp. My photos do not do this lamp justice. When it’s evening every color and cut give this lamp its beauty. The light transforms the stones so beautifully and looks very different with a warm glow at night. The color pallet they use is a warm ivory with what looks like honey to me. The base is simple yet classy looking. The cord is plenty long to reach my socket. I have tried this in multiple rooms in my home and it goes well in any room.

Despite using a tape measure to estimate the size of this lamp before it arrived, I still wasn’t quite prepared for its scale. Its presence feels hefty, even though it might not be “large.” Another thing I wasn’t expecting was the figure on the stone. My experience with natural stone products is that they often look a lot less interesting in person. But this stone seems amalgamated—not quite terrazzo, but in that family of stone (like pieces have been pushed together. You should expect some darker pieces of stone than what’s in the photo. It has a rocker switch. The top is open, and the socket is at the bottom. I have a small hand and didn’t have any issues installing a bulb, but I can see how someone with larger hands might have some difficulty. My favorite part about this light is the warmth of the light that it exudes. My whole room took on a cozy glow when I switched it on.
