(First 2 “photos” should be videos-not sure if Wayfair review platform supports video) My first observation - the crystal chandelier-style light kit is simply stunning. It adds just the right amount of sparkle, elegant sophistication, and understated glamour to our bedroom. But WAIT—there’s *more*!! Previously we had a too small 52 inch ceiling fans with 3 blades. The extra blades on *this* fan provide exemplary airflow, and it has six different speeds (I’ve never seen 6 speeds for a ceiling fan in a bedroom-I’m sheltered I guess). I can easily pick the right amount of breeze (ladies please note - your husband may object with any speed over 3). The light offers three color temperature settings, kinda cool but we always go with the warmer colors. The installation instructions said there is an app available for controlling the fan, but when we tried downloading it for our iPhone, we received a message that it was still in developmentbeing updated . Hopefully, that feature will be available soon. One installation tip We have 10-foot ceilings and chose to use the 6-inch downrod rather than the included 12-inch option. The shorter rod was perfect for our room. With the 12-inch rod, one of us might end up with an unexpected crew cut if we ever stood up on the bed! The TLDR version The sparkling crystal light is the jewelry of the room, while the powerful airflow makes it every bit as functional as it is gorgeous. Strong buy!
