As the photo indicates, this item has yet to be installed. When the electrician came to hard wire a new location, the box was opened and the remote control and receiver were not in the packaging. The Wayfair team was responsive and the parts are on the way! We are eager to see it complete as the quality of the crystal accents and finish are terrific. Update! Parts arrived on schedule and the fan is now installed and functions perfectly and quietly. A great addition to a master bedroom!

This is a gorgeous fandelier! Theres a little bit prep when you get it, like having to put in all of the crystal pieces by hand (which is time consuming but worth it). The reason why I docked a star is there isnt a way to have the fan turn on any other way than by using the remote. I like a fail safe option and this doesnt come with that, but other than that, Im entirely pleased with this.

I like this new light as the smaller light and fan combination is a nice update from bigger fixtures. I’m not loving the wall mounted switch as it’s hard to use if you enter the room when it’s dark. My husband said installation was a bit of a pain but he got it done and it works perfectly. It is a pretty light and an updated style which was what I was shopping for.

This “fandelier” is out of this world! Sophisticated and stylish, it brings a bit of glam without being too over the top. We were so pleased with it that we changed the room where we were going to use it! Not only is it stunning, It arrived quickly, was well packaged, had everything needed to assemble and the fan seems well made. The fan was generally easy to install on our sloped ceiling. However, the installer noted three issues. First, was that while other ceiling fans come with connectors between the remote receiver, the fan and the light that are already installed, this fan does not. Wiring each connection takes a little time. Second, the wires were so long that they would not fit in the ceiling cap without being cut, and third, pairing the remote with the receiver took a second trial (the written instructions are good, though). Outside of these minor hiccups, there were no issues with the installation. Once installed, we inserted warm bulbs and turned the fan on. The remote allows for multiple lighting and air flow options. The fan puts out a lot of air and it is really quiet. The lights are attractive; the bulbs are well positioned, dimmable, and provide a nice glow. (Note though, that the light bulbs must be purchased separately.) We are pleased with this find and are fans!
