18 of the crystals were missing and they said since it was past the 30 day window to return it there was nothing they could do. I ask if I could buy some and it just kept repeating the same thing- That there was nothing they could do. Not happy at all.

This is the coolest fan I have ever seen and now own, the way it looks as a chandelier is awesome but then when you turn the fan on it makes it mind blowing . It is the coolest thing and it really does cool the room.
