This is a beautiful light that looks just as pictured. It comes with a remote control that controls both the ceiling light as well as the ceiling fan. Its important to know that there is a power button in the upper left hand corner of the remote that turns the unit on however to turn the light on and off the power button doesnt do that there is another button in the middle of the remote to turn the light on and off. A professional installed the ceiling fan for us and his own complaint was that in trying to align the control box to the ceiling it was hard to align the screws.
