Definitely looks better than I expected. Quality appears pretty solid. You are limited on how long you adjust it because they are metal rods. Comes with two rods. 19 inches long each, and one is split, about 6.5 and 12.5 inches (so technically 3 different sizes) but for a 8-10 foot ceiling and counters you should be able to find a combination that works for you. Waiting on electrician to install. Ordered Phillips ST19 smart Edison bulbs to pair it with. Overall though, this looks pretty good. I bought two for over my kitchen peninsula.
