Used these for sconces on either side of the garage. Love the look of them and they seem made of sturdy metal. The light is a little warmer compared to our other lights of same temperature color. As an FYI the mounting plate holes are centered in the middle of the fixture, our box is in line the with top of the garage so we drilled holes in the mounting plate so that we could properly position them in alignment with the garage.
