Chandelier came well packed with no damage. It constantly gets compliments from all visitors to our home and has given our home a "wow" factor. When we first placed the order for this light, the product page said that it was in stock. The next day, my order status showed that it was backordered for several weeks. I wanted to thank Wayfair and the manufacturer for helping me navigate through the error and resolving it in a timely manner. We had a series of events to host at our property, and the manufacturer was able to get our item shipped out just in time for the event (3 weeks after ordering).

Beautiful chandelier. Was a little concerned that the package came open with something costly, large and delicate. However, all turned out ok. Nothing was damaged. It looks real. Hangs beautifully. Very happy with it.
