I love this chandelier. It was exactly what I wanted and the quality was good.

Received chandelier that was in a box that was previously opened and gone thru as parts Wes not where they should be and the box seal was broken. I called customer service and spoke to a supervisor Annette who said I did not get an open box product (how on earth would she know) I paid for a new chandelier not an open box priced chandelier but she did nothing to help me and then hung up on me. Horrible customer service. I just moved into a new home and have many things I need to buy but this was my first experience with Wayfair so needless to say I’ll take my business elsewhere

Perfect light for our new dining room! You definitely want this light on a dimmer though, very bright.
