I bought this light twice. My first experience was not good. All 3 globes had arrived damaged and the rings used to attach the globes to the fixture were defective and would not screw on correctly. I was frustrated at paying such a high price for poor quality. Wayfair was outstanding and refunded immediately. Looked everywhere for a light, was stuck on the beauty of this one. Decided to give it one more try. The second time was a charm. The globes arrived in perfect condition. The rings used to screw the globes into place, while tricky, were not defective. I will be honest in saying that getting the globes into place was frustrating, even with the second fixture. Overall, the light is stunning. Glad I gave it another try. Wayfair customer service is amazing and I will not hesitate to buy here in the future.
