Fan looks beautiful and I did a lot of research on a high-quality fan before settling on this one. Unfortunately, despite this brand being known for their quality the motor was defective, as determined by two different electricians (I found it hard to believe it was a new fan and assumed it was the wiring). Wayfair also only gave me the options of a 25% discount if I kept a defective fan that doesn't work or giving me money back and me being out the cost of the electrician to take the old fan down and install a new one so either way I got screwed over by this purchase
