I ordered 2. They were identical item numbers , however they had different receptacles for the bulb and one was missing the ring to hold in the globe. I got a refund and my electrician will come back to install it once the replacement arrives. The customer service was great however she said they had one left and i'm getting that one. Let's hope it is complete and matching the one we have had installed. Update: Customer service is the best I have ever worked with. The third one is here. Since the second one was not complete, they just had me keep it instead of sending it back !!
