Beautiful chandelier, but not the best packaging. It arrived with 1 of the glass panels broken. Wayfair was awesome and they quickly sent me a new one, and my replacement arrived with 2 glass panels broken. I was able to mix and match the panels to have one complete chandelier with all 4 panels in tact, but that was a lot of extra unnecessary work.
