Easy to install, looks good, and works well. I would recommend this with two notes. The directions in the box suck but most track lights install very similarly so using directions from Google for house to install track lights allowed me to install the track light. Secondly, you can install a normal light bulb in these, but because it sits recessed in the can it works more like a spotlight than a floodlight. The correct bulb type is significantly brighter because it sits flush with the edge of the can.
