We bought two for our front porch of a victorian house. They are gorgeous. However, although the lamps were very well packaged, the glass inserts are very fragile and one arrived cracked. Contacted the manufacturer (there is an e-mail) and got no reply. Contacted Wayfair, and they offered a new light, but I suggested sending only the glass panel, so there wouldn't be waste. They did so and about a later week it arrived. To my horror, there were two such panels in a very thin box, which itself was in an envelope. There was no padding between the two panels and only the thinest of padding around it. It had been sent like that all the way from China! No labeling that it was fragile. To my amazement, the two panels were in tact (modulo a slight chip in one of them that is not visible once installed). So: Beautiful product, great service by Wayfair, very happy customer. But the manufacturer needs to learn how to treat glass with respect!
