The box and inside packaging of this item were very badly damaged. There was Styrofoam everywhere. Opened it up in my driveway so I didn’t have to pick up tiny Styrofoam pieces. Couldn’t tell if the main chandelier piece was damaged or not. The directions were there as well as several other smaller boxes just loose in the big box. I contacted Wayfair for a full refund and they quickly resolved the matter! I do appreciate the customer service experience.
