Love this lamp looks wonderful at my living room window!

I was so excited when I found this tear drop crystal light and I ordered 2 of them for my new house. When they arrived, the crystals were turned the wrong way and the long curved crystals were chipped as well as some of the round crystals attached to the curved crystal. We returned them and waited for the new ones to arrive. When we got the replacement lights, once again the crystals were poorly attached and the quality did not match the pictures shown on line. I returned them both and am back to square one on the hunt for a pendant light.

Broken and larger than expected. Different sizes. Not shown on site. Customer service on two occasions didn’t set up fed ex to pick up. Set it up myself. Very disappointed.
