Gorgeous crystal fan- my previous fan didn’t have a light. I searched forever and took a chance on this one- it is beautiful in my living space

Beautiful fan and great price but can’t seem to get it hung correctly. Went through all the troubleshooting steps, even emailed with the company that makes it. On speeds five and six there’s movement that makes the crystals make noise. So not exactly functional in a bedroom. I’ll probably end up having to hire a professional to figure it out, which is frustrating since I’ve hung quite a lot of fans before without a problem.

We just installed this fan today. Its beautiful and looks just like the photo however the crystals rattle if its higher the than second setting. This seems to be a design flaw with no real solution.
