These sconces are gorgeous. Hung them on either side of the bed in master and they look elegant and put out the right amount of light.

This sconce is gorgeous. The marble is thick, so I don’t think it would light up a bathroom well unless it’s a half bath or something small. I plan on using these in the master bedroom as reading lights. I removed a star because although I’m not entirely sure, these don’t feel like solid brass. The fixture is heavy, but not solid brass heavy. I have solid brass candle holder sconces that are smaller and twice the weight. Maybe it’s hollow inside. But it’s also brushed gold. I truly don’t think it’s brass at all, but some other metal with a brushed gold finish

Beautiful. Heavy piece, both base and shade, and very well made. Im partial to the alabaster! Love the character and glow. The alabaster shade thickness is more than others I have... about 3x thicker. Wonderful addition! Very easy install.

I absolutely love the alabaster shade. It looks gorgeous when the light shines through it. I liked that there were different finish options offered. Make sure you measure your intended space and don’t underestimate the length of the fixture like I did. Overall it was packed well for shipping and had straightforward installation. I think the style of the fixture would look best as a pair in a larger space.

NOT A SET! I took two stars off because it’s INSANE to sell just one. This is a pic I have a pair of the gold ones I purchased first time around. They USED to sell them as a set. Yes they it is gorgeous, VERY heavy, unbelievably beautiful! The marble glass cup IS to die for also! I can’t explain how gorgeous, hefty, SHOW STOPPER it is!! The one I bought second time is BLACK BUT I thought it was the set, forewarning THIS IS NOT A SET. It is just one. I think it’s very very odd that Wayfair would sell a single sconce! I think I’ll have to buy another one because I had planned to hang them on either side of a picture. Really, I noticed Wayfair has numerous sconces as a single. I can see that if it looked like something the was in a lamp style. But clearly, this is meant to be next to something to highlight a picture, painting, tapestry, bathroom mirror, with TWO not one. All this is say. YES buy it with the knowledge that you’re going to have to buy another one!
