I selected this lamp in black for my grandson to use in my craft room on a desk he sits out while sketching and putting together large model airplanes/ships that have many small parts. It arrived and on his most recent visit he was excited to open it. The lamp is amazing. The light can be moved in many angles. Both arms move up and down and rotate. The light goes from very dull to very bright and you can change the softness from cold to warm. We are not s sure about changing the bulb and how easy it will be to find a new replacement bulb when necessary but we will cross that bridge when the time comes. All in all, the lamp is a great purchase, of good quality, and rates high in functionality.
