Delivery was fast and everything in box was in good condition. Installation was easy. There were minor problems: the frosting on the glass was uneven, which made the chandelier looks little bit cheap (we thought that it was overpriced for it's look) and one light bulb run for 2 sec and died. We have spoken to Wayfair customer service; they were great and quickly resolved the problem. Overall, we like the chandelier and how it looks in our kitchen.
