This fan works very well for our space. It functions as described with the remote provided (no AAA batteries included!) The light is adequate in brightness and the overall appearance of the fan is modern and the three blade adds a minimalistic element. It does not push tons of air down, so if your installation allows for use of the long extension so it sits lower, then you may want to do that; wish we had done. We are experienced amateur fan installers (probably 20 over the years) and we installed 2 others just last month, but this one was a bit tricky (totally do-able for those who have experience, but may be frustrating for others.) Notice in the third photo that the holes do not line up and therefore some manual adjustments had to be made. It was also a bit confusing the way (photo 4) the housing is all one piece, but the instructions (step 11) illustrate them separately. It was a true challenge to get this installed with the rubber fully flush on the surface. We had to buy longer screws that those provided, which would not catch, let alone hold. Once installed, the fan is really attractive and works as advertised. It is fully plastic, but that makes sense for outdoors, especially here in H.O.T. Texas. We are considering purchasing another one for the other side because even though we received the product through a promotion, we believe that at the current price, it holds sufficient value. Only time will tell on it's durability!

I love this fan. I wasnt sure the 3 blades would be able to provide enough of a breeze to help keep us cool on our porch, but they really put out a great flow. They were quite easy to assemble and install. It is great being able to use the remote to control the light and fan together.

Our old fan quit working so we got this one as a replacement. Easy to follow instructions and easy install. I love the black blades and the light is just bright enough at night. Moves air very well and I love that is has a remote

Really nice hard wired outdoor ceiling fan. Has plenty of features, dimming , light color, timers. Made of nice water resistant materials , should last awhile outside. Super easy install had no issues. Highly recommend.

Love these in our outdoor space!
