As the virus hit us I am, like many, working from home. The room that I have converted to an office isn't the best. This light is the best one yet. The ability to change the lighting modes is a great help as it can help your eyes if you are trying to read something for a long period of time. My only grip is the light controls. They are place on top of the light so if you need to make a adjustment from a sitting position you will either have to stand up or move the fixture down so that the light isn't blinding you. But besides that this is just perfect for me.
