As far as the lamp goes it works and I do love the Ott lights however I needed something that I could pack easily to take to weekend crafting retreats. My problem is with Wayfair. The items description states that it comes with a cord, and there is a plug in on the back of the light however no cord. I did a chat with Wayfair where I did a screenshot of the item description and the hole in the back of the light and I was told that they would send a cord out to me. A week or so later I receive another light with no cord. I am now charged for two lights that really do not fit for what I need. Yes I could return the second one but it’s such a hassle.
