Easy for one person to assemble and carry up a flight of stairs into my home office. Light itself can be directed and redirected in any direction. I turn it toward my recliner when I am reading a book, then twist it back when I am working at my computer desk. The beam itself is gentle to the eyes (not glaring). Would recommend.

More flimsy than I expected. Light is very bluegreen. Not good for any sort of bedroom or living room.

Love ottlites. The simple lines will go over the coach for reading.

Now I don't need two lights on! It takes a bit getting used to the three different brightness settings, but certainly not that long. Just the slightest touch to the hidden button and the light is brighter or softer depending on what you want. Husband didn't like the assembly, but he always grumbles when assembling anything LOL!
