I have two sets of these and these are absolutely amazing to have on the sides of my tv's. Don't be the idiot who didn't think you needed the Hue Sync box to use these with tv's. I have these setup in white for my tv in my living room with the Hue Sync 8k and then black ones in my basement with the 4k Hue Sync box. I have easily over 5k worth of Hue lights in and outside my house, plugged in, attached to hardlined power, 5 bridges (we're gamers and movie watchers) and you need a bridge per sync which is totally fine. It can be pricey depending on what you're buying but its worth the money, i've had Hue lights for years and still have yet to have anything break or die on me. Went on a rant but don't down rate the lights if you don't know what you're doing or don't research properly. I did that once and i got the rail with a rail bar and didn't realize you needed a power box for it...did i rate it a 1 start nahhh because that was on me and so i got the power box rail thingy and guess what the rail bar light behind my tv lights up and does the things because i have the hue sync. Sorry the person who complained about the hue sync box sucks.

Promotional video doesn't say anything about requiring a sync box to work with the TV. Pretty much useless for smart TVs that require no external input. By the way, that sync box cost more than one of these lights.
