The pole was cut to the length desired. The directions were clear and helpful. It is a sophisticated lantern with the square hook detail and clear glass panels. It is a striking addition to pathways, driveways or garden posts. It gives a radiant illumination and adds architectural character to outdoor spaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a black, four side glasses post mount lantern. My first impression upon seeing it was that it looks very elegant and beautiful. My husband helped me install it on the lamp post in our front yard. The installation took longer than expected necessary he had to remove the bottom of the lantern to insert the light bulb, as the opening was smaller than the bulb we were using. Once finished, I turned the light on and noticed it illuminated the surrounding area quite well. While the glass feels a bit thinner than our previous light fixture, the design is modern and well-portioned. I really like it. Thank you for sending me this wonderful gift to remodel our front garden!🪴

I've been redoing my patio and added a post but still needed the light/lantern for the top, so this was perfect to get. The lantern light looks like it will last for years. I still need to paint the post black to match. This lantern light is large and looks great. It takes little work to install/assemble. It's a very simple design but looks high quality.
