Lampe de table 30 "grise

I love the lamps (bought 2 in Open Box). But, they both had issues when they arrived. On one, the lamp shade was very lopsided - it was the lampshade metal structure frame. The other one had a problem with the piece that attaches the lighting unit to the lamp base. When you screwed it all the way in, it would lean about 20 degrees. To make the lamps look as normal as possible I have taped the parts together and around other pieces to get them as upright as possible. I was quite upset when I was told you cannot return Open Box items. I had what I believe is a common assumption - if the product is defective, Open Box or not, you should be able to return it. In fact your description of Open Box items is "Open Box items are in 'like new' condition and have been inspected by our returns team to insure they are not defective, damaged or not functional." Can you tell me how these lamps got past the returns team?

Love this lamp

Very stylish addition to our living room with kind of an Arts and Crafts vibe, which gives my very modernist home a warmer feel. Not as much light as you’d expect from 2 100 watt bulbs, but I think that’s due to the size and shape of the shade. Very well made and solid.

I’ve never spent this much on a lamp before, but it is worth every dollar. Not only is this lamp beautiful, but it works well with almost any decor, and it’s almost impossible to find lamps with two bulbs so I was delighted to find this feature on this lamp. I would highly recommend this lamp to anyone.

Love these lamps. Very sturdy and are as pictured. Would definitely recommend purchasing.
