Ok for the price. Box had lots of foam particles and had to vacuum up all over the set up area. The pieces had difficulty screwing together seemed like missed thread. Not top quality.

This lamp is nearly all plastic. The Product description does indicate Metal/Plastic. The only Metal is the sectioned pole. Everything else is plastic. The base is a weight covered with a very cheap looking silver plastic. The shade and the socket are also plastic. The shade is not ideal up close but once I got the provided light bulb in place and switched on, the shade is not bad from a distance. The sectioned pole had one section that seems to be cross threaded and doesn't screw together flush. My other concern is the limitation in the bulb size. I was hoping to use a much brighter bulb. This is not recommended per the manufacturer instructions.

It is lighter feel. And smaller. The last one i bought in 2021 was heavy. Otherwise, nice tall lamp.
