This is the second one of these I have obtained from you. Both have the same problem. The bushings shown in the diagram are not included. So in both cases, I had to make additional parts to make them work. The only other option would be to cut the threaded tubs and rethread it. Very disappointed that I have to do the extra work.

The sconce looks nice and works well. However, it was difficult to install as the 2 screws that attach it to the wall are too far out. These screws are so far out that they are outside the octagon box on the wall. This means that if the screws are too long, like the ones in the sconces I bought, you can't use them as there isn't enough room to tighten them, they hit the wall behind them. You have 2 solutions, find shorter screws or drill 2 holes on the wall to make room for the screws. A very poor design.
