Bought this pendant light for my new house, and just took it out of the box to be installed by my handyman.. and several of the Crystals are cracked broken. Very disappointed!!

Very beautiful. Takes time to assemble but it’s worth it. Arrived with one of the crystals broken but Wayfair’s customer service is AMAZING so they made it right sending a replacement.

I like the chandelier but the globe's seem like they have scratches on them. I tried cleaning them off with Windex but they don't come off.
