Photos are deceiving as they appear to have rods covering the wires but the product just has exposed wires. Poor customer service from manufacturer. Very disappointed.

Looks very nice for the price. Relatively easy to install but if you are not using an electrician, you will need to be able to use a wire stripper to shorten the wires as they are too long to keep the extra length.
