Feels flimsy when assembling but when it's up in the air you'd never know it. Looks good. Just don't bend any pieces when assembling.

It works well in my dinning room, and it looks great. We are very happy with it.

Wayfair's service was great! When I first placed the order, the chandelier was on back order. I signed up for the email notification to alert me when it was back in stock, and I was notified. I've also ordered the matching 3-light chandelier for my foyer which is on back order. I had to call customer service to order this chandelier because it was backordered and I didn't want to have to place a separate order when it came. Cameron, the customer service representative, was extremely helpful. As for the chandelier, I was disappointed. The assembly instructions included with the chandelier were for a completely different light. My husband and I were able to get it assembled through trial and error. The quality was also disappointing. It was not very structurally substantial. I guess you get what you pay for. It does look nice.
