I loved the new lamp shade with flowers and red color. The delivery was fast. It was a great experience!

My first issue was that the lampshade arrived damaged. However, I also immediately noticed it appeared much taller than 8 inches. As you can see in the photo, it is about 11 inches. The outside of the box says the lampshade is 12.75 inches so figure that one out… I initiated a return due to the damage, also noting that the wrong size had been sent or the website description was inaccurate. After returning the damaged and incorrect product, I received an undamaged but still incorrect product. It’s the same size, 11 inches when the item listing clearly says 8 inches. Now in order to return the inaccurately described item, I’m forced to pay return shipping. What kind of a joke is that I’m getting way more disenchanted with Wayfair lately. Not pleased with the product, website description, and that you use FedEx, who are mostly contractors, hate their jobs, and do not handle your items with care.

I love this little lamp shade, works perfectly with my base.
