Works perfectly to update an old lamp

I ordered the polished silver set and they sent me the darker ones. I asked for a replacement, and they sent me one more of the darker ones. I asked for another replacement, and they sent me two more of the darker ones. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and one contacted me and promised to take care of the problem. She did nothing else, and ignored my follow-up e-mails. I asked to speak with her superior, and was told that they were not "customer facing" and would not speak with me, nor would that person's superor. The company that sells these finials is incompetent and Wayfair's customer service is beyond ridiculous. I bought a couple more things from them after that; a coat rack that arrived broken and a hot chocolate maker that lacks a stirring function and is nothing more than a small, overpriced crock pot with a cheap lid. I am now finished with Wayfair and will not be purchasing any further items from them.

Crystal is very pretty, nice weighty feel but TWICE they shipped wrong color.

Love it. Exactly what I wanted. The original finial was unique to this lamp but was extremely fragile and it was crushed. This crystal is beautiful and solid. Perfect
