Literally no instructions on how to put this ------ thing together and the cord came cut or disconnected??/ Do you have to be an electrician to put this ------ thing together???

Product would be nice, if it didn’t arrive with missing and broken pieces. Emailed Chandeliers Today on 10624. Spoke with Sohrab and was told they would ship me the replacement parts. Waited two months without receiving them. Emailed them again at chadelierstodaygmail and never received a response back. This is a lot of money to pay for a floor lamp for it to arrive broken and not receive any assistance for replacement parts. I would not recommend this experience for anyone.
