Beautiful chandelier, a little time consuming putting it together but worth it. I recommend it

Chsndelier is perfect item for my house and exactly suited for my house giving an elegant look to my home entrance.

Terrible all the strings were tangled up and I lost money paying somebody 400 for installation. Do not purchase.

Looks good but the install is almost impossible. We have a really tall ceiling in the foyer and it took about a full day for two professionals. The thin wires that the crystals hang on kept getting intertwined and bundled up. We lost some of the hooks on the base so we have a few pieces missing and it’s noticeable. Also, when we turn it on, it defaults to white light every time and we have to use the remote to make it warmer light. The app pairing is a joke. Tried a few times and gave up. As much as we like the way it looks after install, I wouldn’t buy again.
