This lamp arrived in box without a top …. The silver harp and finial are both missing ….the styrofoam they should have been in was there but no harp ! Nothing else was harm! talked to customer service and they assured me they would replace the missing parts…. Otherwise… The chinoiserie lamp is really pretty … and very heavy …. Waiting patiently to use it ….
