The chandelier arrived with one part damaged. Wayfair would not replace only the damaged part. They sent a whole new kit. They would not take the original shipment back. It's up to me to dispose of it. Then it took many hours to assemble, including the wiring, which was a job for an electrician, and the instructions were not very helpful. When I hired an electrician to install it, he checked the wiring and found that I had followed the instructions, but the instructions were incorrect! It's a nice chandelier, but was more trouble than it's worth. Wayfair's business model is not consumer-friendly.
