Was so glad to find elegantly finished satin silver tone switch plates to replace old yellowed plates in a 17 year old house I just bought. The simple exchanging of wall switch plates really created a great finish to my living room!

Received an empty box. Wayfair never got back to me within the return window, this seller is disorganized and sends empty boxes to customers. One star for this company for sending empty boxes and one star for wayfair not getting back to me. Rip off!

Ordered this item and a matching 3-gang plate from the same company. Warehouse packed a receipt stating both were in the box but this one was missing. I ordered this item on August 22, now waiting until November 6 to receive it. I am selling my home so now I have to swallow the cost of two new plates from a different company because I'm moving before November. Gulp! Two out of five stars because of missing items and 2.5 months shipping time
