Beautiful worked perfect for my chandelier

This has nothing to do with the quality of the bulb but with but theThere is a problem with the fulfillment process at the warehouse. I ordered and paid for a six pack of these bulbs and Wayfair shipped me a single bulb. Called customer service and they reordered the six pack for me. Open the box and again it is a single bulb. Once again customer service reordered the six pack for me and for the third time i received a single bulb. I’ve written several messages with no response and the website says the replacement items are no eligible for return. When I finally found a way to text a customer service representative, the site asked me to explain the issue (I’m still three bulbs short of the six pack I paid for) and enter my phone number so a representative can call me back. Eight hours later I’ve herd nothing from them. This has taken a lot of effort for some light bulbs.
