Nice light made with quality material. The biggest problem was that the light was bought to replace a can light. The description said it was a replacement for recessed light but it’s rely made to replace a regular ceiling light. Unfortunately an easy installation required a new ceiling box to replace the can light.

I originally planned to install this at the top of our open linen closet. Unfortunately, I misunderstood the description of this light fixture and thought it could be installed in a place without preexisting wiring. That said, I was impressed with the shipping speed and the quality of the packaging itself before ever opening the fixture. The installation instructions are SUPER simple- I feel confident I can put this up myself. The design is simple but modern. I really want to use this light! So instead of the bathroom, we are planning to replace a (very outdated) pendant light in our kitchen with the SkyDownLight. We can’t figure out which breaker turns off power to the kitchen, but once I can figure that out I’ll update the photos ☺️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this light in my workout room to replace a ceiling fan that was in the way, the install went very fast. The ceiling fan came down too far and I would accidentally hit it so this flush mount light works perfectly for my application. The light doesn’t have an adjustable color temperature, which is annoying, but it doesn’t really affect me for my use.
