The photo shows the grounding pin being away from the cover hinge, which is what most US customers would want. The item I received, in contrast, had the grounding pin next to the hinge. Annoying since that's one reason I chose the item from Wayfair instead of from a competitor. It CAN be fixed, though. Remove the foam weather seal from the back. Use a screwdriver to press inward *hard* on the metal tabs that hold the plug into the cover. Do one at a time while pushing in on the plug, and you can remove it, flip it over, and snap it back in. The instructions tell you explicitly not to take it apart, but unfortunately for some of us it will be necessary.
