A better photo or color description rather than a name would have helped. I needed oil rubbed bronze, all I saw was Berkshire bronze which told me little or nothing. I ordered in hopes of it being right. My fault I didn't notice the non-returnable provision, so that's why better description or picture would have helped. Now I have a $27 piece of chain I can't use. Pros: Good heavy chain Cons: color not adequately described and cannot return item I cannot use because the color doesn't match what I needed.

Did not match my other chain. This chain is very big and heavy.

We are really happy with this extra heavy chain. It was just what we were looking for and worked perfectly. Good quality and just as you see it here. No surprises.
