Finally installed the two I ordered. Lifted up an empty medium size cloth suitcase which is why I purchased the bullies. Not very good. Very rarely am I disappointed in products I have ordered through Wayfair. However, this time I am VERY DISAPPOINTED !

It is quite small. The wheel is not large enough to wrap a electrical cord around it. Or even a thin rope or chain. All you can do is put a thin cord through it once and still have cords hanging everywhere. And the paint comes off it quite easily.
