I got the brass color and it is very nice. I use edison bulbs and with the two settings the light is perfect. I also like that it swings back and forth for perfect positioning when reading in bed.

Does not flush mount to the wall with the hardware it came with. With the weight, it leans away from the way because of it. Nice construction but focused light from the cone is too dim for the living room. Meant more for a hallway or just an accent decor.
