This sconce is SO cute! I drilled through plaster and brick to put this up and I’m SO glad I did. It turns off on its own when runs out of battery. Easy enough to charge but doesn’t look the cutest either the charging cord hanging down. Still, it works great, the lighy it puts out is lovely and warm with a cool ring around. Very happy with it. Make sure it is perfectly straight when drilling the two vertical holes or else the metal stick-thing won’t be straight. You can tell if you zoom in that mine is not perfectly straight.

This is one of the nicest rechargeable sconces on the market. Though the finish in the description is listed as black, it is actually a gunmetalsilver finish as shown in the product pictures. The sconce has a good weight to it. I’d recommend having a second person to hold it during the install. Given how bright it is, it would make a great picture light over a piece of art or a reading lights beside a bed.
