This is such a beautiful light! The first one we received was all tangled up. The customer service was great and they sent us a new pendant.

This is a really well made and beautiful piece and it is so elegant!

Right out of the box it came tangled. We thought that maybe if we installed it/hung it up we could weave the pieces around and untangle it....nope. We then took it down and tried to untangle it on the floor...nope. definitely have to return it. The cables are so long its almost impossible, especially since each light bar has two cables attached and those cables are not mounted on the canopy side by side....following where they should hang is really difficult, you cant just look at the circular base/canopy and see which two cables connect to which bar. (if you pull two side by side cables at the top, two separate light bars will move!) we've spent hours on this and nothing is any better. what a disappointing mess. Before we took the light fixture down, we did notice that it provided a great amount of light, so it definitely is bright and would have worked well in our two story entryway. unfortunately its just too much hassle and were tired of throwing money at it.

very pleased with the quality and design!!

It’s gorgeous and perfect for above our split level staircase. It was a big pain to make it this short (tightly cooling the wire inside the mount), and the bracket is supposed to be screwed into the box and surrounding sheetrock. It’s heavy, but the sheetrock support seems odd. Almost gave 4 stars for these installation issues, but look at it - it’s so pretty!

Love the chandelier but it's a challenge! Wish me luck!
