Luminaire suspendu en forme de grappe à 16 lumières

Bought this light because it’s gorgeous. But for an 800 light, there isn’t very much instructions on how to adjust the length of the light bulbs. Based on other reviews, it says once you shorten it, you can’t adjust it again. So I decided to return it. Well, wayfair charges 50 just for a return label. That’s ridiculous! So decided to call the manufacturer and see if there’s anyway we can re-adjust the length. The manufacturer says it has dead lock on it and that you can not readjust. So I called wayfair back and they said they can not take back lighting that have been tempered....and by tempered, they mean adjusting the length of the lights....we did not cut any wires, etc. this whole process was extremely disappointing. It’s a beautiful light but had there been more instructions, we could’ve avoided this whole situations. Also, I think wayfair handled this process very poorly. IefggghwnevThere’s way too many Picinstructions it came with.
